A data subject has the right to have personal data deleted pursuant to Art. 17(1)(a) and (c) to (f) of the GDPR. Furthermore, a data subject has the right to object to processing pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR and the right to the portability of data pursuant to Art. 20.

The operator declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to make personal data secure.
The operator declares that only persons authorised by it have access to personal data.
The operator is responsible for the security of personal data.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent at any time
• request information from us about how your personal data is processed
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data
• request access to this data from us and have them updated or corrected
• require us to delete these personal data

You give your express consent to the aforementioned processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending a message via the contact form located on the website.

You agree to these terms by checking the consent box on the online form. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in full.

The operator is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of these terms and conditions will be published on its website and at the same time the new version will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provided to the administrator.

These terms come into effect on 13 June 2018.
