I am Petr Hájek, and I'm the founder and CEO of Arfin. I manage the company, focus on its strategy, and conduct key business negotiations with our clients. Prior to founding Arfin, I established the largest non-banking factoring company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. When I sold the company to Coface, I stayed on its management team for the next three years. So when I advise clients during the sales process of their family business, for example, they benefit from my direct experience with such dealings. While I enjoy my work very much, it is also important to have active relaxation away from meetings and negotiations. I draw energy mainly from my family, but also from being out in the fresh air participating in various outdoor activities.
My name is Vladimír Jäger and I am one of the two founders and partners of Arfin. At the position of Managing Director I am responsible for financial advisory and credit risk&insurance business. I focus on supporting colleagues in their tasks and various capacities, but I also manage some projects myself. In my opinion, it is important to remain fully engaged in our activities and maintain oversight of both the industry as well as the daily business. I started my career at logistics company HOPI. This was an invaluable experience and practice for me. Next great challenge was to become responsible for managing risk and the back office in a private factoring company which was later acquired by Coface - global insurance company. My motto is: “It is better to be healthy and rich than sick and poor” ;-). That is why it is important for me to devote myself regularly to sport, yoga and to the utmost, to my work. My name is Tomáš Jurík, and I have been working with business risk and trade credit insurance for 18 years. My main responsibility at Arfin is to develop business activities in Slovakia. This includes specialised insurance products for all our clients. I gained experience in international business and trade finance at Tatra Banka, and also managed the Slovak branch of Coface for three years. I was also responsible for sales and marketing activities in five European countries for Euler Hermes, a market leader in credit insurance industry. For me, free time mainly means family and friends, but also regular sport. I’m enchanted by golf, I like to go skiing, and I also run or play basketball. Sports activities help me develop focus and precision because they require both physical and mental readiness. For me, sports and business are very similar - success in both are realized through perfect preparation.
My name is Otakar Hrazdíra, and I have been managing Arfin's receivables insurance division since 2017. My goal is to help our clients in the management of credit insurance risk. I negotiate for them the most optimal contractual conditions on the market, like appropriate credit limits, special adjustments to an insurance relationship, or in reporting and settling claims. I have many years of practical experience in the area of receivables insurance, especially as the former Deputy Commercial Director of the Credendo credit insurance company. In my free time I try to stay in good physical shape, whether it be on the seat of a bike or in running shoes, or with a tennis racket on the court. I also like to travel, preferably with a motorcycle helmet on my head.

My name is Tomáš Drobík and I have been with Arfin since its founding in 2012. My main duty is to consult with owners of medium and large companies about the future direction of their businesses, including possible sale. Before I started with Arfin, I was a sales support & marketing manager at the Coface factoring company, where I managed operational financing for medium-sized manufacturing and trade companies. Outside of work, I read a lot. I like philosophical and theological literature. I listen to Radio Vltava and enjoy a wide range of musical and cultural themes. I also play piano, guitar and trumpet. Additionally, I devote myself to developing fundraising activities for the Wild Goose Foundation. I really don't like grey - either the color or the attitude. I always try to gain perspective and to see things differently in context and colours.
My name is Luděk Obadal, and I'm the Commercial Director at Arfin Broker. I have been with the company since 2019 and support its strategic business goals. My duties include professional clients´ care, conducting acquisition negotiations and coordinating selection procedures for insurers. I have worked in trade credit insurance for 18 years, and was previously a part of the top management of the specialised insurance company Euler Hermes Czech Republic. I put a lot of effort into my work, but it is also important to know when to rest. My free time is primarily devoted to family, mixed with sport, culture and travel. More than anything, I appreciate the amazing diversity of the world. The main benefit for Arfin clients? Those who receive good advice will go further - and faster.
My name is Kristýna Kopfsteinová and I support existing clients by managing and meeting their requirements. I have been onboard Arfin since November 2018, and as Account Manager I focus on trade credit insurance. I am in constant contact with insurers and participate in the processing of insurance requests and offers for our new and long-term customers, as well as day to day operational issues. I greatly appreciate the trust they place in us, as trust is the most valuable commodity we can possess. The experience that I pass onto our clients was mainly acquired on the mortgage and credit markets. I prefer to spend my free time in the outdoors, as far away from the rush of the city as possible. I especially like tourism associated with discovering beautiful places. I also like to golf.
I have been working in the field of trade credit insurance since 2011 with breaks and my main principle in business is that I always offer my clients what I believe in and what I trust is the ideal solution for them. My name is Kamil Kunco and I work at ARFIN BROKER Slovakia as a Business development manager. I am responsible for the development and growth of new business on the Slovak market. I started my professional career in the Slovak branch of the insurance company Atradius with a support role for underwriters. He gained business skills at Erste Group and later used them as a Regional sales manager for the TCI market leader, Euler Hermes. At Union insurance company he managed and covered partners and sales channels. In my free time I like to travel, read, go hiking, cycling and improve my golf skills.
My name is Anika Daňková and I work at ARFiN as an office manager / assistant. The scope of my work is to ensure the smooth running of the office, invoicing, handling the current administrative agenda and to support company's management and other colleagues as well. A significant part of my job is servicing ARFiN clients in the credit risk verification area. I process lustrations for our clients as the one-time detailed inspections of companies and related parties, which provide complete and sorted information about the subject. I am also in charge of updating, modification and supplementing the ongoing monitoring of business partners which are the basis for the prevention of business risks. My name is Petr Slavíček and since 2017 I have been in charge of completing analyses and calculations for the sale of companies. Before joining the Arfin team, I held various managerial positions, with both Czech and foreign private companies. But life is not just about money or analysis. When I'm not wearing a suit I'm an active athlete, an occasional painter (oil landscapes), and a World War II history buff.
My name is Milan Žák, and I have been a business consultant for Arfin since 2019. Every day gives me the chance to establish new cooperations and new partnerships through which both Arfin and our clients move forward. In my professional life I have always been involved with the management of large companies, including regional branches in the food, beverages and real estate sectors. This experience is useful in negotiations with clients from various industries who are seeking a reliable and discreet partner who will safely guide them through the pitfalls of selling or acquiring a business. But I also take the time to relax from work. In my spare time I prefer cycling or running, and I also enjoy wine and good cheeses.
My name is Jakub Karel and I am a senior advisor in corporate finance and reporting. This means that I help to set up accounting for companies and link it to reporting so that management has the information it needs to make decisions. In the past I've worked as an economist, financial director and CFO. I was also in charge of accounting and supervising internal and external accounting teams in domestic and multinational companies, both in the commercial sphere and in the non-profit sector. Sport activities help me to relax from the world of finance and accounts, and I spend a lot of my free time with my children.

I focus on managing the process of selling or buying a company from the first negotiation through the proposal and negotiation of the transaction to a successful settlement. Before joining Arfin, I held the position of Divisional Director and a member of the top management of a private finance and investment group. My job was strategic management and project management of corporate investment and financial services, M&A, merger and acquisition management, corporate buying and selling, and finance and investment management.
