Arfin Broker is heading east. Country Manager Tomáš Jurík will focus on the Slovak market

Tomáš Jurík is bringing to Arfin eight years of experience in the insurance of receivables. He held the position of Country Manager for Slovakia in the multinational company Euler Hermes in 2014–2016; between 2007 and 2010 he was Executive Director for Slovakia in the Coface world insurance troika. He and his team started a receivables insurance product in Slovakia for this insurer. In addition to the insurance industry, Tomáš also has experience in banking. For nine years he worked at Tatra banka, a Slovak subsidiary of Raiffeisen International, where he was responsible for factoring activities in Slovakia.

Arfin Broker has the ambition of becoming a specialist broker in the field of receivables insurance in our eastern neighbor’s market. This is similar to the worldwide AU Group to which Arfin Broker belongs.

“We have all the prerequisites. We already have the highest number of receivables insurance specialists among all brokers operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia,” says Tomáš Jurík, new Country Manager for Slovakia.

According to him, the company expects the further expansion of the sales team as the volume of orders increases. Arfin Broker will be an everyday partner for Slovak clients, as in the Czech Republic.

“Choosing the most suitable solution, the insurer and signing the insurance contract does not end my team’s work. On the contrary – it is just the beginning,” concludes Jurík.
