Petr Hájek

I am Petr Hájek, and I’m the founder and CEO of Arfin. I manage the company, focus on its strategy, and conduct key business negotiations with our clients. Prior to founding Arfin, I established the largest non-banking factoring company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. When I sold the company to Coface, I stayed on its management team for the next three years. So when I advise clients during the sales process of their family business, for example, they benefit from my direct experience with such dealings. While I enjoy my work very much, it is also important to have active relaxation away from meetings and negotiations. I draw energy mainly from my family, but also from being out in the fresh air participating in various outdoor activities.
